Preventative Maintenance

Automatic Periodic Inspection, lubricating, adjusting, safety testing of your heating and cooling system keeps it running at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems may be spotted before they cause trouble. Regular system tune-ups will also help reduce energy consumption by keeping your heating and cooling system operating at peak efficiency. Your GAS & ELECTRIC companies recommend regular cleaning and adjustments.

Our Preventive Maintenance Plans include:

Air Conditioning Systems
•
 Checking proper refrigerant levels
•
 Checking all electrical components and controls
•
 Checking the condenser and filters
•
 Examine the evaporator and condenser coils
•
 Oiling the motors if necessary
•
 Calibrating the thermostat
 
Heating Systems
•
 Checking the furnace or boiler for the presence of carbon monoxide
•
 Inspecting the condition of the combustion chamber/heat exchanger
•
 Cleaning the burner and verifying proper burner flame characteristics (including gas and air adjustment)
•
 Cleaning the pilot and checking the pilot/igniter operation
•
 Replacing belts (additional cost for the product) and inspecting the motors and oil as needed (oil pump if boiler)
